Meet Bailie

Bailie is a registered dietitian and mind-body practitioner with over 16 years of experience in nutrition and holistic wellness. She holds a B.S. and M.S. in Nutritional Sciences, along with certifications in mind-body practice, trauma-informed care, and several energy healing modalities. She specializes in helping individuals navigate overwhelm and burnout, often presenting as sleep disturbances, chronic fatigue, low energy, brain fog, anxiety, and depression. She also supports children with neuroinflammatory conditions such as PANS/PANDAS and Autism.

Having begun her career in traditional healthcare and later expanded into holistic health, Bailie bridges both worlds to create integrative, science-based solutions that honor the whole person. She views health through the lens of the nervous system, recognizing that true wellness arises from harmonious communication between the body and mind. She takes a comprehensive approach to wellness which includes healthy eating, specialized nutrition supplementation and lifestyle modifications such as sleep and stress management. Since 2021, she has incorporated energy healing modalities, including light and sound, to support emotional and energetic balance. By blending evidence-based practice with compassionate guidance, she helps individuals restore mental and physical well-being and reconnect with their capacity to heal and thrive.

Bailie’s passion for this work is deeply personal. As a mother and holistic health practitioner, she helped her son heal from PANS/PANDAS, an experience that ignited her commitment to supporting other families navigating this complex condition. Throughout this journey, she also faced her own significant health challenges, including mold-related illness, chronic stress, and PTSD. These experiences deepened her belief in the body’s innate ability to heal when given the right support and revealed the critical role trauma plays in recovery. Today, Bailie brings this understanding into her practice, honoring the profound ways trauma and PTSD alter nervous system regulation and can drive ongoing physical illness if left unaddressed.

Outside of her wellness business, Bailie loves going on hikes with her son, taking an aerial yoga class and visiting her local farmer’s market. Most often you can find Bailie jamming out in her kitchen to some Whitney Houston while grabbing the nearest spatula to use as her microphone.

“Health isn’t built through perfection or pressure. It’s built through nourishment, regulation, and consistency.”
